Mr. Beng Teoh has served in the United Nations Secretariat in New York and Vienna and various peace-keeping missions in Africa and the Balkans. He has served the UN for 31 years, the first half of his career in Finance and Budget and the second half in Procurement. His last posting before joining the UN Economic Commission for Africa was as Chief Procurement Officer at the United Nations Office for Vienna and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. He is currently serving as a consultant on a short assignment with ECA.
